Colmena Fund convened a participatory two-day gathering of twenty-seven diverse women leaders from across Asia and beyond to refine its strategy and develop actionable solutions for advancing women’s and feminist political leadership. The event brought together politicians, activists, and representatives from various organizations, fostering an environment of solidarity and knowledge-sharing. Participants emphasized the need for a holistic approach to supporting women in politics, addressing challenges such as gender- based violence, limited resources, and entrenched societal barriers.
